Isha Malhan

Isha Malhan has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of business analysis. In 2010, they began their career as a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator at Orail. In 2011, they joined Dynamic Dreamz Websolutions as a Customer Project Manager, where they managed operational projects, obtained customer approval on proposals and SOWs, and drove the Add-On sales program. In 2014, they became a Business Data Analyst Intern at Ericsson, where they created executive-level reports and Tableau dashboards, performed competence analysis of 700+ suppliers, and built and governed scorecards to facilitate the performance of vendors. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Business Analyst and Business Data Analyst at Motorola Solutions. Finally, in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Business Process Analyst at Motorola Solutions, and in 2022 they moved to 7T (SevenTablets, Inc.) as a Sr. Business Analyst.

Isha Malhan has a comprehensive educational background. Isha obtained their MS in Information Technology and Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate in Information Technology from Symbiosys Center for Distance Learning in 2011. Isha also holds a Bachelor of Computer Application from Institute of Management Studies, which they completed in 2008.
