Eva Lucas is currently a Senior Solutions Architect at 7taps Microlearning, where they collaborate with teams at Walmart, Sony, Armani, and others to enhance training programs through science-backed microlearning. Previously, Eva held roles as a Customer Success Specialist and Senior Customer Success Specialist at Workday, ensuring clients optimized their HR software solutions. Prior to Workday, Eva worked at Cornerstone OnDemand, where they focused on customer success and developed personalized learning paths. Eva began their career as an Instructional Designer at Macy’s, creating engaging e-learning programs for employees. They are currently pursuing their education at Wayne State University.
