Sam Allen is currently a Senior Product Research Specialist at 7taps Microlearning, where they collaborate with companies such as Cisco and Sony to implement science-backed microlearning strategies in training programs. Previously, Sam worked as an Instructional Designer at IBM, focusing on developing interactive e-learning modules and enhancing employee proficiency in software tools. They also gained experience in customer success roles at Instructure and ADP, optimizing client engagements and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Sam began their career as an Instructional Design Intern at IBM, contributing to the creation of training materials for internal teams. Sam is pursuing further education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
