Summer Winter is currently a Senior Solutions Architect at 7taps Microlearning, where they collaborate with teams from major companies like Walgreens, Sony, and Armani to enhance training programs through science-backed microlearning. Prior to this role, Summer served as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at Docebo from 2019 to 2023, where they developed strategies that significantly increased user adoption and client satisfaction. Summer began their career as an Instructional Designer at Target from 2009 to 2012, creating interactive training modules for employees nationwide.
