8 Degree Projects is a hospitality-led lifestyle studio based in Bali.

We create places, brands, and experiences where food, design, culture, and community come together. Our portfolio includes Sisterfields, Bossman, Fu House, Estia, and Saltwood, each with its own character, united by a shared belief that hospitality has the power to change how people feel.

Everything we do is guided by a simple principle: Hospitality First. Always.

From brand development and venue concepts to guest experiences and creative direction, we focus on building places people return to. Places that become part of daily rituals, celebrations, conversations, and memories.

We are hands-on, detail-driven, and people-first. We believe great hospitality lives in the details, the energy of a space, and the people behind it. When those things come together, a venue becomes more than somewhere to eat or drink. It becomes part of people’s lives.
