808 Records is an independent record label and artist development company dedicated to building the next generation of breakthrough talent. We combine artist-first values with a modern, data-driven approach to music, content, and growth.

Our ecosystem includes professional artist development, distribution support, marketing strategy, branding, content creation, and community-led initiatives through our rapidly growing Underground808 platform—home to one of the most active online artist communities in the underground hip-hop space.

We partner closely with artists to build careers, not just releases, providing the structure, resources, and guidance needed to scale creative visions into sustainable success.
