Amelia Field

Amelia Field has held several positions in recruitment, operations, and training. Amelia began their career in 2004 as an Associate at M+R. In 2006, they became a Consultant at M+R, and in 2007 they were promoted to Senior Strategist, Talent and Operations, then Vice President, People, and finally Senior Vice President, People. In 2009, they joined the NYC Department of Small Business Services as Manager, Business Education and Training. In 2005, they were a Steering Committee Member at Human Rights Campaign. In 2021, they joined 80Twenty as a Senior Recruiter, where they are responsible for running 10+ searches at a time, focusing on marketing and sales roles at the mid to senior levels.
