Gary Modrow

Gary Modrow is an experienced investor and executive with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as an investor at The 81 Collection since September 2022, Gary also holds a position on the Board of Directors for National Dental Healthcare REIT since January 2020. Previous roles include President and Chief Financial Officer at 3 Floyds Brewing, alongside leadership positions at 3 Floyds Distilling Co. and WarPigs USA Brewing. Gary co-founded E78 Partners and served as its Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer. Earlier career experiences include business development in M&A at The GSI Group, a senior analyst role at The Keystone Group, and management in the private equity group at RSM US LLP. Gary holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
