Ran Shavit

Ran Shavit is a seasoned Program Manager at Google since May 2022 and serves as a Board Member for Place-IL, a non-profit initiative aimed at enhancing hiring practices for underrepresented populations in the tech sector. As a Co-Founder of 8200Smallbiz, an accelerator for small businesses in Israel, Ran provides support to numerous small and medium enterprises annually. Previously, Ran held leadership roles at Jolt.io, including SVP of Operations & Education, where responsibilities encompassed program development and global instructional management. Ran's earlier career in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 included roles such as Courses & Training Unit Commander and Director of Product Management, leading extensive training and operational programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The College of Management Academic Studies.
