Chad Mason is the VP of Contact Center at 83Bar. Prior to their current position, they served as a Customer Experience Executive at ADT from August 2019 to March 2021. Chad has also held Senior Director positions for Client/Customer Experience at VMS BioMarketing and Conduent, and a Director position for Client/Customer Experience at IRT. Mason has over 20 years of experience in customer service and experience management.
