Josh Boldt

Josh Boldt is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and data engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer for Artificial Intelligence at 84.51˚ since June 2018, Josh has been pivotal in advancing core AI and Generative AI initiatives. Prior roles include leading the API Platform team, where Josh drove effective delivery and developed a modern API platform using technologies like Kong, Kubernetes, and Terraform. As Engineering Lead for the Intern & Co-Op Program, Josh managed recruitment and program execution. Previous experience as a Senior Data Engineer involved leading data management projects on Microsoft Azure and creating scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines. Josh also has a solid foundation in data engineering and software development, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centre College.
