Lori has extensive experience at 84.51°, where they held multiple roles. From October 2020 to January 2021, they worked as a Lead Data Scientist. During this time, they partnered with Kroger Health to develop health, wellness, and nutrition solutions. Lori built and automated data science solutions using SQL, Python, and Spark. Lori also led the data science workplan supporting OptUP.

Before their role as a Lead Data Scientist, they served as a Senior Data Scientist at 84.51° from June 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they partnered with a multidisciplinary team on nutrition rating system development and completed validation analysis for new data sources. Lori List holds a Dual Masters of Science and Masters of Public Affairs in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Lori also earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the same institution from 2012 to 2015. Prior to attending Indiana University Bloomington, Lori attended Western Kentucky University from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Biology but did not complete a degree. In addition to their academic background, Lori has obtained various certifications related to enterprise design thinking and Microsoft Azure.
