Michael Pane has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Michael began their career in 2009 as a Hotline Consultant at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center before moving on to become a Health and Group Benefits Actuarial Consulting Intern at Towers Watson in 2012. In 2011, Michael served as a SIBS - Biostatistic Research Intern at the University of Pittsburgh, where they utilized analytic and computational skills to address biostatistical methods and analyze real data. From 2010 to 2014, they held various roles at Carnegie Mellon University, including Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant in the Statistics Department. Since 2014, Michael has been at 84.51°, starting as a Data Scientist and progressing to Senior Data Scientist, Lead Data Scientist, and Director of Data Science. Michael currently holds the role of Vice President, Data Science at the company.
Michael Pane completed their Bachelor's degree in Statistics at Carnegie Mellon University from 2009 to 2013. Michael later earned their Masters in Statistical Practice (MSP) from the same institution in 2014.
