Mitch Johnson

Mitch Johnson is an experienced strategic planning professional currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning at 84.51˚ since February 2021. In this role, Mitch developed presentations for Board of Advisors meetings alongside the CEO and CFO, contributed to relaunching the Objectives and Key Results practice, and oversaw the monthly reporting process to the Executive Leadership Team. Previously, as a Strategic Planning Manager at the same company, Mitch facilitated long-range planning for seven Business Units and implemented standardized reporting cadences. Prior experience includes positions at Grant Thornton LLP, where Mitch managed strategic planning for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 clients, and roles at Securian Financial Group and Andersen Corporation.
