Garvan Walshe

Garvan Walshe is a civic tech entrepreneur and foreign policy analyst, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Article7, a platform focused on developing technology for liberal democracy in Europe. They advise civil society clients on EU politics as a Senior Adviser at 89up and hold a research associate position at the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies, where their focus is on European defense policy. Dr. Walshe has also contributed to international media and serves as a columnist and editor for Conservativehome.
