Erika Segal

Erika Segal is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning several companies. Currently serving as a Marketing Operations Program Manager at 8am since July 2025, Erika previously held multiple positions at AffiniPay from October 2020 to July 2025, including Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and Campaign Manager. Additional experience includes roles at ContentWriters and The Everygirl Media Group as a contract and contributing writer, respectively. At Zazzle from August 2017 to October 2020, Erika excelled as a Senior Content and Marketing Specialist, managing consumer-facing communications and launching the successful Zazzle Ideas content platform. Earlier roles included marketing and guest services positions at Crane & Canopy, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort and Spa. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from California Polytechnic State University and has further international educational experience from the International College of Management Sydney.
