Gerren Lamson

Gerren Lamson is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX and product design. Starting as a Freelance Creative Director & Designer, Gerren transitioned through various roles, including Designer at Giles Design and Senior UX Designer at Springbox, before progressing to leadership positions such as Chief Design Officer at Creative Market and Director of Design & Community at Autodesk. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design & Research at 8am and Lead Product Designer at Y Combinator, Gerren has successfully led large teams and driven innovative design strategies, resulting in significant growth and improved user experiences across diverse platforms. Gerren holds a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, Graphic Design from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
