Crystal Rossel has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Crystal is currently serving as the Vice President - Sales at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology for 10 years, holding positions such as Vice President - Client Services, Senior Director - Client Services, Director - Center of Excellence, National Client Team Leader, National Business Development Manager, Manager of Client Development, and Business Development Manager. Crystal also worked at Conair Corporation as the National Sales Manager/Category Manager, where they managed and delegated responsibilities of brokers and reps across multiple accounts. Additionally, they worked at Daymon Worldwide as a Marketing and Brand Strategy Analyst (SUPERVALU Account). Crystal started their career at TKDA as an Engineering Technician, where they directed market research initiatives and negotiated agreements between clients and various agencies. Crystal also served as a Regional Director at Major Video Concepts, Inc. and interned at 3M.
