Jim Dwyer

Jim Dwyer is an independent private equity and private board director who currently serves on several private-company, PE and non-profit boards and as an ICEO Peer Advisor at LHH’s International Center for Executive Options. Their career spans more than 30 years in the global food, durable and retail sectors, with deep expertise in building, operating and governing branded, private brand and co-manufacturing businesses across public, private and PE spaces. Present roles include Board Chair at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, and Board Member and Chair of Audit Committee at Andersen Corporation, and Board Member and Chair of Audit Committee at Teays River Investments, along with ICEO Peer Advisor responsibilities. They earned a BA in Political and Social Thought, German Language and Literature and an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
