Lou Arace serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since August 2023. Previously, Arace held key leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Navigate Corporation, where significant growth was achieved from July 2018 to April 2023, and Chief Operating Officer at SmileDirectClub, overseeing multifaceted operations in both the U.S. and Costa Rica. With a robust background in supply chain and operations, Arace also served as President & COO at Systech International, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Dorman Products, and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Nutrisystem, focusing on enhancing efficiency and strategic growth. Arace's experience extends to partnership roles at Logistics Resources International and an instructional position at Georgia Institute of Technology. Arace holds an MBA from Penn State Great Valley and a BS in Business Administration from Messiah University.
