Melissa Mitchell

Melissa Mitchell has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role as a Project Manager at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development and production of new products, including label development, item set up, and project timelines. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Manpower/TreeHouse Foods as the Manager of Commercialization for hot cereal and condiment products, where they managed the commercialization process for new product concepts and reformulations. Melissa also fast-tracked two projects within a short timeframe. Before that, Melissa held various roles at TreeHouse Foods, including Manager of Business Development for private brand cereal and condiment products, National Account Manager/Customer Marketing Manager for several retail chains, and Sales Planning Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for account management, financial analysis, sales planning, and developing sales materials.

Melissa Mitchell attended St. Louis Community College from 1985 to 1992, where they pursued a General Education degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Lindenwood University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
