Digital technology is irresistible in our contemporary life, like it or not. The term ‘Generation Z’ was coined just
because of the ‘fire baptism’ in digital technology. However, the Z generation failed to appreciate and comprehend the true meaning and value of 1 cent.

1 cent, collaterally known as the ‘penny’, or the symbol of wealth since the 18th century. 1 cent in the 18th century can put food on the table for the whole family. ‘8 cents’ is an abundance of cash and value which reflects prosperity and success compared to 1 cent. 8 cent corresponds to the auspicious number of 8, symbolized good fortune and success. That is why 8cent.com was born.
