Frank Cuiuli has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Frank is currently the CEO of 8squad, where they focus on guiding companies through their digital journey and leveraging Salesforce innovation to create sustainable and high-performance systems. Prior to this, Frank founded Pivot - BeBetter, a company that specializes in peak performance and helps individuals achieve their unique health and wellness goals. Frank also co-founded Flow Engine, where they served as CEO and helped clients unlock their full potential through advanced training programs and bio technology.

In addition, Frank has held positions on the Board of Directors for One Million Acts of Innovation - Australia and worked as a Sales Director at Bluewolf. Frank co-founded Velteo, a sales optimization consultancy, where they served as Executive Director and successfully sold the company to Bluewolf.

During their earlier career, Frank worked at IBM as a Client Executive and Novell as a Sales Manager. Frank also held roles at Oracle as a Client Executive and at TIBCO as a Named Account Director.
