Matt Coutts has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Matt currently works at 8Squad as the Integration Practice Lead & Solution Architect, where they focus on guiding companies through their digital journey and leveraging Salesforce innovation to create high-performance systems. Prior to this, Matt held positions at Merkle Australia as a Senior Manager and Manager Consultant, where they specialized in consulting and management. Matt also worked at Davanti Consulting as a Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Consultant, gaining expertise in technical consulting. Matt has also held coaching positions at sailing clubs, including Wakatere Sailing Club and Murrays Bay Sailing Club, where they served as the Head Coach. Furthermore, they have worked as a Territory Manager at Heinz Wattie's, showcasing their skills in sales and territory management.
