Michelle Leman

Michelle Leman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michelle started their career as an Office Administrator at Gail Cowan Management in 2006 and then moved on to Infomace International Ltd as an Office Administrator until 2010. During this time, they gained skills in office administration and managing accounts payable and receivable.

In 2010, Michelle joined FleetPartners as an Office Manager before transitioning to Ballantyne Foods as a Systems Administrator in 2011. As a Systems Administrator, they handled the implementation, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce CRM package. Michelle also provided training and support to users and managed the company-wide administration of the CRM package.

Michelle then joined Multiple Sclerosis Ltd in 2015 as a CRM Team Leader. Michelle gained extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce, including various features such as Salesforce Service Console, Process Builder, Flow and workflows, data segmentation, reports, and dashboards. Michelle also had experience in implementing Lightning, managing Salesforce Apps, and utilizing various Salesforce connectors and tools.

After their role at Multiple Sclerosis Ltd, Michelle joined Clouding Around in 2018 as a Salesforce Account Administrator and later worked as an Account Manager at the same company. Michelle handled account management responsibilities and continued to utilize their Salesforce expertise.

Most recently, Michelle joined 8squad in 2019 as an Account Manager. Overall, they have a strong background in Salesforce and office administration, with a focus on CRM implementation and management.

Michelle Leman obtained a Certification in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from TrainTheCrowd in 2013. Michelle also earned a Certificate in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management in 2012. In 1998, Michelle attended the Manukau Institute of Technology for Computer Programming. Michelle completed a MIT Secretarial Diploma in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General from the same institute in 1986. Michelle's education history also includes attending Waiuku College in New Zealand from 1982 to 1985, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained additional certifications, including being a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce.com in March 2013 and an AML/CTF certification from FleetPartners in October 2010.
