Caroline W. is an accomplished professional in software delivery and creative direction, currently serving as Software Delivery Lead at 8th Light since May 2019, where previous roles included Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. As the Owner and Creative Director of Wynspeare Creative, Caroline leads a boutique design studio specializing in cohesive branding and identity development. Previous experience includes serving as Art Director for the NYC Veterans Day Parade under the United War Veterans Council, and as Senior Event Designer at EVENTLAND. Caroline co-founded Pathfinder.VET to improve resource awareness in the veteran community and has held various design positions, including Graphic Designer for Comp Fashion 2014 and Creative Marketing Manager at UGE. Caroline's educational background includes a Full Stack Web Development Immersive Program from Code Platoon, a BA in Fine Art from The Glasgow School of Art, and additional training in graphic design and entrepreneurship from institutions including New York University and Pratt Institute.
