We are a small and locally owned boutique style studio in Fort Mill, SC. Here at 8th Limb, our classes are small and our goal is to give focused and personalized attention to our students in order to grow and develop individual practices. 

8th Limb Yoga is a studio designed with the students development specifically in mind. Here, students will always have the opportunity to get personalized attention to develop their practice. We realize how busy and crazy life can get and we want your experience to be just what you need to help you feel great and power through your day. We strive keep our space light-hearted, easy-going, and fun! Life is serious business, but here we want to you find a haven away from the stress of life - a space to be free and unwind!

At 8th Limb, you will find two main types of classes - high intensity power yoga and gentle/slow flow yoga. We like to keep things simple here, so that you know each time you come, exactly what you are going to get! You can learn more details about these classes here. 

Private Instruction - In addition to our scheduled studio classes, we offer personalized one-on-one instruction. These sessions are great for any level. Whether you are a beginner and want to learn the basic poses at your own pace, or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your postures and deepen your practice, this is the space for undivided, personalized instruction. 

Paddleboard Yoga - We offer seasonal paddleboard yoga sessions on Lake Wylie. These sessions are tailored for the students experience level and can be one-on-one, or in small groups. No yoga or paddleboard experience needed!
