Francisco Gimenez

Francisco Gimenez holds a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley. Francisco has held various significant roles in the technology and biotechnology sectors, including positions at 8VC as a Partner and Principal, along with a role as a Resident Data Scientist focused on building a data science community and supporting startups. Currently, Francisco serves as a Board Observer for Cellanome and Cellino, and as a Director on the Board of Directors for Appia Bio and Flywheel.io.
