Jay Wisham

Jay Wisham is the Chief Strategy Officer at Overland AI, where they determine the overall growth and product development strategy. Previously, Jay served as the Executive Director of the Army Applications Laboratory, leading efforts to expand the National Security innovation and technology base. With a long career in the US Army, Jay held various roles, including Army Officer and Program Director for Artificial Intelligence Applications at the Army Futures Command. Additionally, Jay was a Senior Defense Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on public-private partnerships to accelerate defense capabilities. Currently, they are engaged in multiple advisory roles while pursuing education at Sam Houston State University.
