Mitch Parker is a seasoned software executive with extensive experience in building and leading successful technology teams. As the Global Head of Customer Success at RMS from 2020 to 2024, Mitch played a pivotal role in driving client adoption of a transformative global risk platform, contributing to the company's $2 billion acquisition by Moody’s. Previously, Mitch served as Chief Customer Officer at Instart Logic Inc and held various leadership roles at Citrix. Currently, Mitch is an Executive in Residence at 8VC and continues to leverage a strong foundation in technical services to innovate and address customer needs. Mitch earned both a B.S. and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
