Ralf Hirt

Ralf Hirt has extensive experience in the business and technology sectors. Ralf began their career in 1997 as Sales and Consultancy Manager, Sales & Marketing Automation at fit. (BBDO/Omnicom). In 1998, they joined Accenture as an Advisor and Google as VP Operations, Sr. Dir. Publishers, Managing Director APAC, Sales EMEA. In 2007, they became Vice President Global Biz Dev / Vice President International at Mode Media Corporation (formerly Glam Media), where they secured over $70m of investment as a member of the executive team. In 2014, they joined TUNE as an Advisor, Former Chief Revenue Officer and in 2017 they became Chief Operating Officer at Harri. In 2018, they joined German Accelerator Tech as Lead Mentor & Member of the Selection Committee. Ralf Hirt is also the Founder / CEO of 8W8 Global Business Builders, which empowers founders and business owners to create compound value and to deliver the full potential of their enterprises.

Ralf Hirt has a diverse educational background. Ralf completed an Executive Education program at INSEAD in 2005, and from 1996 to 2003 they attended SGMI Management Institut St. Gallen, where they earned a MA and BA (Diplom Betriebsoekonom) in General Management and Business Administration, respectively. Additionally, Ralf has obtained four certifications from Section4, all from Prof. Scott Galloway. These include a Certified Brand Strategist, Certified Product Fundamentals, Certified Innovation Strategist, and Certified Strategist, which they obtained in 2021, 2021, 2021, and 2020, respectively.
