Brian O'Sullivan

Brian O'Sullivan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in application security, reliability engineering, and AI/ML. Currently serving as Senior Director of Application Security at 8x8 since October 2015, Brian has also held pivotal roles within the company, including Director of Reliability and Director of AI/ML Labs, where significant contributions were made to improve service reliability and develop a predictive churn model. Prior to 8x8, Brian served as CTO at both 8x8 Solutions and Voicenet Solutions, overseeing product development and customer service. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Pivetal, Energis, and Clarent, emphasizing advanced engineering and OSS development. Brian holds a B.Eng. in Electronics and Communications from the University of Bath.
