Darrell Torgerson

Darrell Torgerson, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Indirect & Telecom Tax at 8x8, where responsibilities include managing indirect and telecommunications tax functions, audit management, account reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Darrell was a Principal in Telecom Tax, focusing on indirect tax functions and compliance at the same company. Darrell's experience also includes serving as the Indirect Tax Accounting Manager at eBay, where management of indirect tax accounting and compliance for the TCG Player subsidiaries was key. At AT&T, Darrell held the position of Associate Director, concentrating on indirect tax research and planning. Additionally, Darrell held various tax management roles at Kinetic Concepts and Intelogic Trace, Inc., and began the career as a Staff Accountant at Builders Square.
