Dragos Cacuci

Dragos Cacuci is a highly experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering and Site Technical Lead at 8x8 since June 2016, Dragos has progressed through multiple roles including Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Technical Lead. Prior to this, Dragos worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, where responsibilities included teaching laboratory classes for Image Processing. Dragos began a professional career as a Software Developer at ISDC from March 2014 to June 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both obtained from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, along with foundational education at Colegiul National Emanuil Gojdu in Oradea.
