Joyce Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Carrier Routing & Compliance at 8x8 since July 2023, Joyce leads teams in Singapore and Indonesia, focusing on A2P messaging quality and compliance. Previously, as Carrier Relations & Routing Manager at 8x8 from January 2018 to July 2021, Joyce managed relationships with international carriers to enhance product offerings. Earlier career roles include Account Manager at Tangram Design Studio Pte Ltd and a diverse range of positions at M1 Limited, where Joyce held roles in marketing and engineering.
