Lorelyn Clemente

Lorelyn Clemente has extensive experience in billing and accounts receivable operations, currently serving as Team Lead for Billing Operations at 8x8 since July 2019. Previously, Lorelyn worked at RingCentral as a Revenue Operations Senior Billing Analyst from March 2016 to May 2019, managing billing and accounts receivable processes. Lorelyn also held the position of Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant at WageWorks from January 2007 to March 2016, where complex account activities were analyzed, and customer invoices were prepared. Earlier in the career, Lorelyn initiated collection processes for overdue accounts at Ricoh Business Solutions from August 2000 to December 2006. Lorelyn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture with a major in Animal Science from the University of the Philippines between 1989 and 1994.
