Raluca Radu

Raluca Radu is a Talent Acquisition Partner at 8x8, a role held since July 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop hiring plans, sourcing candidates, qualifying potential hires, and supporting the interview process. Previously, Raluca served as an Interim Team Lead, Recruitment Specialist, and Recruiter at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated from March 2017 to July 2021, managing the recruitment process and collaborating with agencies to attract candidates. Raluca's early career includes positions as Angels Manager at Untold Festival and Neversea Festival, as well as Warehouse Manager for the International Film Festival Comedy Cluj. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Social Work with a focus on Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies, both from Babes-Bolyai University.
