Rosette Rebugio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in billing operations and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Billing Operations at 8x8 since October 2021, Rosette previously held various leadership roles at Cisco from 1999 to October 2021, including Senior Global Process Transformation Manager, where responsibilities included leading global transformation projects and managing invoicing and cash application processes as US & CAN AR Operations Controller. Rosette’s earlier roles at Cisco involved managing US Collections for strategic accounts and serving as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a strong track record in process improvement, operational efficiency, and financial analysis. Rosette began the career as a Financial Analyst at HP, where performance consistently exceeded expectations. Rosette holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
