Yan Yan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software engineering and user interface design. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at 8x8 since September 2016, Yan has progressed through multiple roles including Staff Software Engineer, Senior UI Engineer, and UI Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Engineer in UX Design at Cisco from May 2015 to August 2016, and a brief tenure as a Software Engineer at Valiantica Inc. Yan began the career with an internship at Syracuse University, where modifications were made to an XML DOM package. Yan holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Syracuse University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Telecommunication Engineering and Management from Queen Mary University of London and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
