Most small businesses don't need more AI tools. They need someone to wire AI into the systems they already use so their team stops losing hours to work that should run itself.

That's what 9 Dimes Project does.

Founded by James Burns under Mint Goldwyn Enterprises LLC, 9 Dimes Project helps small businesses, agencies, coaching companies, and financial services firms cut 20–40 hours of manual work every month through AI-powered operations — AI Ops.

In practice, that means identifying the bottlenecks where teams lose the most time — data entry, follow-ups, reporting, onboarding, copying information between apps — then designing and building automated workflows using the tools they already have, especially Google Workspace. No new software to learn. No complicated tech stack.

Just tighter operations that run in the background.

What 9 Dimes Project delivers:
→ Workflow mapping to find where teams lose the most time
→ AI-powered workflow design and full implementation
→ Light automation using Make, Zapier, or Apps Script
→ SOPs and templates ready from day one
→ Monthly optimization as the business evolves

The focus is teams of 5–50 employees. Most clients see ROI within the first month because the time savings are immediate and measurable. If it doesn't save real hours, it doesn't stay.

With a background in financial literacy, every workflow is measured by the return on investment it delivers — not by how impressive the demo looks.

If your business runs on Google Workspace and your team is buried in repetitive tasks, book a free 30-minute discovery call to see how AI Ops can help.
