Product managers don't struggle to find customer feedback.

They struggle to keep it connected.

Customer conversations become notes. Notes become tickets. Tickets become roadmaps. Along the way, context gets lost and important signals disappear.

9hats is a product workspace for product managers.

It turns customer conversations, notes and transcripts into structured product knowledge and actionable product work.

Paste a transcript, upload your notes or connect your tools. 9hats captures the signals that matter, preserves the context and organises everything in one place.

From there, you can turn those signals into:

* Bugs
* Ideas
* Risks
* Updates
* Discovery insights
* Trends

Everything stays connected, so decisions are backed by evidence instead of scattered information.

We believe AI should replace administration, not judgement.

Catch the signals. Build the right thing.
