9 North Group is a Food & Agriculture commercialization firm that, over more than five years, has helped 30+ Food & Ag innovators—from agtech and robotics to seed, inputs, ingredients, and food tech—turn promising technology into real commercial traction. We act as embedded operators rather than theorists, bringing senior experience in sales, marketing, product, and operations to design and execute market validation, customer discovery, go‑to‑market strategies, new product launches, US market entry, demand generation, sales enablement, and commercial operations optimization.

On top of this core commercialization work, we build AI Growth Systems: practical, AI‑enabled infrastructure and workflows wrapped around how Food & Ag teams already work. That includes AI Readiness Assessments, AI Fundamentals Training, AI Productivity Enablement, AI Advisory Retainers, independent AI Tool and Platform Selection, AI Build/Buy/Partner Advisory, Knowledge Infrastructure, AI Integration Sprints, AI Operations Builds, Custom AI Studios (sales tools and prompt packs), AI Adoption and Enablement, AI Product Development, and AI Startup Scaling. We start small, prove value, and expand only when results are clear—using AI to move faster and capture more value, while keeping the advantage inside the client’s own organization.
