Rase Eustaquio

Rase Eustaquio is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of People at 917Ventures since September 2019, Rase focuses on enhancing organizational success through people strategy. Prior experience includes significant roles at Globe Telecom from May 2011 to September 2019, where Rase led multiple HR initiatives, including HRBP integration for consumer and customer experience sectors and directed recruitment marketing efforts. Earlier career highlights include positions at HSBC as Asia-Pacific Resourcing Manager and at Stream Global Services as Regional Recruitment Marketing and Phone Screening Manager. Rase holds an Executive Development Program certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Management Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management, and degrees in Nursing and Biology from San Beda College and the University of Santo Tomas, respectively.
