Operations Manager

Shefali John has a diverse professional background with experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting as a Ceremonies Support Assistant for the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games, Shefali progressed to a Key Account Manager at Zomato from September 2017 to June 2022. Following this, Shefali served as Operations Manager at 91springboard starting in June 2022. Previously, Shefali worked as an Associate at Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services and held positions at T and A Consulting as an India Representative for the South Carolina Department of Commerce and as a Research Analyst.
