Sowmya

Sowmya is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as HRBP & Talent Acquisition at 91springboard since December 2021, Sowmya specializes in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Previously, at Tarams, Sowmya held the role of Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, overseeing recruitment activities, establishing technical teams, and providing strategic HR support. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Analyst in Talent Acquisition at Dell EMC, where Sowmya managed end-to-end recruitment for Product Development groups, and as Deputy Manager at Narayana Health, focusing on full-cycle recruiting. Sowmya began the career at Wipro Technologies in leadership hiring and holds a B.A. in Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree from Surana College.
