David Knapp, LMSW, is an accomplished manager and innovator with over 20 years of experience in program design, implementation, and evaluation. They served as Program Director and Social Work Supervisor at the NYC Department for the Aging, overseeing the Elder Justice Unit and pioneering educational initiatives.
