Will Druce

Will Druce possesses a diverse background in design and customer service with hands-on experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Bicycle Mechanic at 99 Bikes since February 2022, Will specializes in building, servicing, and repairing customer bicycles. Previous internships include a Marketing and UX position at the Centre for Inclusive Design and participation in the Auroville Global Studio Program, which focused on human-centered design. Will's industrial design expertise was further refined at Planet Finska, where innovative product development for games took place. Additionally, experience as an Operations Team Member at Moreton Hire involved event setup and breakdown, while volunteer coordination at The Cardoner Project engaged community involvement. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Intelligence and Innovation, both from the University of Technology Sydney.
