Nick Wallace is the President and Owner of Wallace Farms, where Nick launched a single-farm DTC online meat business. Nick also transitioned farmland to a regenerative, biodiverse farming system. Nick also founded Nick's Sticks and developed sugar-free meat-based snack sticks. Additionally, Nick serves as the Chief Farmer at 99 Counties and is an active farmer member at Practical Farmers of Iowa. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa.
