Nick Wallace is the Co-Founder and Chief Farmer at 99 Counties. Nick was previously the Founder of Nick's Sticks, and before that, they worked at Wallace Farms.

Nick's Sticks was developed in January 2011 as the first sugar-free meat-based snack stick product. Nick partnered with a commercial smokehouse to design the production protocols, which have since been scaled up to support several large CPG brands. Nick ultimately sold the business in 2016 to Wenzel's Farms, a large food CPG operator.

Wallace Farms is a family-owned farm that has been in operation for over 100 years. The farm is located in central Iowa and grows corn, soybeans, and wheat.

Some of their coworkers include Nicole Moore - Director of Sales & Marketing. Their manager is Christian Ebersol, Co-Founder & CEO.
