Daniel Williams

Daniel Williams is an engineering manager at 99designs. Prior to this, they were the US customer support manager at 99designs, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the US client support phone, email, chat and account management English language teams across multiple countries. Daniel also spearheaded the introduction of industry standard practices, road mapping, project management, continuous development initiatives, schedules, training resources, resource formatting standards, assisted with policy and procedure efforts, organization, documentation and related efforts to the US Support org. In addition, they were responsible for reporting, KPI’s & analytics and spearheading, collaborating, modeling, implementing and ongoing support of metrics and rewards program plans, resulting in department improvements and positive employee feedback.

Daniel Williams has a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Graphics / Multimedia from California State University-East Bay (formerly Cal State-Hayward).
