I was privileged to join 99designs in 2009, when we were just a handful of folks, today we're a team of 100+, who are proud to have paid out more than $220m to our creative community.

We believe that design has no borders, and champion creativity to bring opportunities to designers all over the world. 99designs puts people first. We care deeply ​​for our team, for our customers and for our global community of designers. I am passionate about helping people create their own success, be it in the context of our platform (entrepreneurs, creators, or biz execs), our team or the community at large.

In 2010 I moved my family to San Francisco to oversee our international expansion through the opening of a US office, and led the company through a $35m first-round capital raise led by Accel (Facebook, Dropbox, Etsy). Since then 99designs has established European headquarters in Berlin as well as localised sites in a number of languages including German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and Japanese. My family and I relocated back to Melbourne in 2017.
